ADÜYES 2020 Placement Results have been announced! You can log in your Candidate' Page and find the program you have been admitted on the menu "Placement Results". Do not forget to download and print your "Letter of Acceptance" on the screen if you need to apply for visa. Registration will be completed by the Student Affairs Office of the relevant Academic Unit. Please come to the venue of registration in person during the registration period with all-needed registration documents listed on the Placement Results screen.
Please pay attention that no registration will be made after the registration period and no extra days will be given to finish the process if you are late. The candidates not admitted to any programs can check the Examination Calendar for Additional Placement Processes.
Please read below the conditions for registration with the power of attorney if you live abroad and will not be able to come to Turkey owing to the COVID-19 Pandemic measures.
a) The placement result document downloaded from the ADÜYES website (http://yes.adu.edu.tr ) and original additional documents specified in its content and notarized Turkish translations of these documents,
b) Original High School Diploma or original graduation document and a notarized Turkish translation of this document,
c) ‘Equivalency Document’ of high school diploma or graduation document certifying the equivalency of the applicant’s diploma to that of Turkish diplomas from a Turkish Embassy or Consulate in the student’s own country or from the Turkish Ministry of Education,
d) Original transcript of records and its notarized Turkish translation,
e) Original passport and its notarised Turkish translation photocopy,
f) Bank receipt showing payment of the student’s tuition fee into the relevant bank account (Tuition fee amount and bank payment details can be taken from the relevant Student Affairs Office) (you will pay the tuition fee here at the campus, so no advance transfer is possible. You can check out the tuition fees on the website for applicatios)
g) 6 biometric passport-size photographs (4.5cm x 6cm) taken within the last 12 months,
h) For departments with Turkish education, a Turkish Language Proficiency Level Certificate; for departments with English education, an English Language Proficiency Level Certificate accepted by ADÜ School of Foreign Languages; for departments with French education, a French Language Proficiency Level Certificate accepted by ADÜ School of Foreign Languages; for departments with German education, a German Language Proficiency Level Certificate accepted by ADÜ School of Foreign Languages (if available),
i) Original Certificate of Identity Register Copy (Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği). This document is mandatory for those who have double nationality- one of which is Turkish- and must show the nationality registration in detail- the personnel might ask this document even if you do not have to submit to detect the ownership of the Blue Card or the status of double nationality.
j) Health Report taken from a general state hospital in Turkey for students to study in programs requiring a health report for registration, as shown in the quota conditions,
k) Signed Declaration of Financial Security Form (you will fill in the form and sign it here at the related student affairs office).
Note: Candidates who live abroad and will not able to come on the final registration dates will be able to register through the person they will appoint an attorney with the notarized power of attorney from notary publics or the Embassies (or Consulates) of the Republic of Turkey. If the power of attorney is received from the notary public abroad, apostille must be included both in this power of attorney and its Turkish translation. Candidates who are in the country but can not come on the final registration dates will be able to register through the person they will appoint an attorney with the notarized power of attorney.
International People living in Turkey have to come in person for registration.
